HMrd - COORDINATOR

HMrd was an activist with the All Burma Federation of Student Unions (ABFSU), involved in anti-coup demonstrations in Yangon. He also worked with For The Hood For The People (44 Movements) and Food Not Bombs - Myanmar, assisting food distribution and support for factory workers. When the Burmese military enacted the conscription law, he fled to a Thai border town where he helps an international mutual aid organization.

Hank Pellissier - COORDINATOR

Hank Pellissier is founder/director of Humanist Mutual Aid Network, an international nonprofit. He’s published essays in Center for a Stateless Society and The Hampton Foundation, and the e-book Share the World, a collection of essays. He’s founder/director of the San Francisco activist group Mega Mouth Rebels and his slide show “The Anarchist Vomit” was presented in the USA, Mexico, and the Czech Republic.

Hein Htet Kyaw (Abu Bakr) - GUEST CONTRIBUTOR

Hein is an organic working class activist. His articles appear in Libcom.org, Alliance for Workers’ Liberty (Solidarity Magazine), Indybay, Socialist Standard Magazine, The Freethinker Magazine, The Anarchist Library, and the blog of Atheist Alliance International. He’s been in several direct action projects against blasphemy laws and censorship laws in Burma under the military junta. He currently is a spokesperson of Burmese Atheists, and a Wobbly at Industrial Workers of the World (Australasia). Hein allows us to use his articles for this website.
